Job Summary
Lead and coordinate team activities by delegating work assignments, managing inventory, and enforcing safety, quality, and continuous improvement policies. Plan and maintain work schedules, sequences, and production output while tracking labor and materials. Interpret work orders and specifications, coach team members on standardized instructions, and assist with performance evaluations. Address operational challenges quickly, support lean manufacturing initiatives, and perform assigned duties to maintain workflow. Work two shifts with overtime availability, including a $1/hour differential for 2nd shift. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional fluency in English
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Must possess problem solving and critical thinking skills
- 4 or more years of Team Leader experience
- Must be willing to cross-train
- Must be able to work company's required overtime
- Must comply with FIC's Attendance and Punctuality Policy
