Job Summary
Allocate resources, assign tasks, and direct team members to meet operational needs efficiently. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, ensure processes follow SOPs, and verify in-process quality checks for consistent output. Address team conflicts, facilitate training plans, and maintain equipment cleanliness and organization. Coordinate urgent requests and alternate shift schedules to satisfy peak customer demands.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in leadership role
- High attention for detail and focused individual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and instructions to the team
- The ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook (email), MS excel, MS word & Payroll Software
- Intermediate math skills
- Highschool education or equivalent
- Associate or above degree preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of plastic card manufacturing, preferred
