Manufacturing Team Lead $18 to $20 an hour

Oversee and monitor training and production in a medium to heavy industrial environment while supervising all team members in the department. Review and enforce plant safety rules and regulations, and collaborate with other supervisors to ensure material and packing compliance with customer requests. Work alongside the plant manager to assist across various plant areas. This first shift runs from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM with a pay rate of $18 to $20 an hour. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills within a manufacturing setting.
