Job Summary
Manufacturing Team Associate to support production across fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, and painting in a flexible, hands-on shop environment. Follow work instructions and supervisor direction, maintain quality standards, and assist across multiple departments as needed. Candidates should be dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move throughout shift, and thrive in a team-oriented setting with opportunities for cross-training, skill growth, and advancement. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Thorntown, Indiana, with DOE compensation and benefits including health/dental/vision and paid time off.
