Manufacturing Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Support day-to-day manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and production software by collecting data, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors. Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support production planning while maintaining data accuracy for BOMs, routing, and inventory records. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, document SOPs, and conduct root cause analysis to drive process enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and quality to assist in system upgrades and project implementations. Travel approximately 25% of the time to domestic plant locations for on-site support and training. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or systems analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard/typical desktop business software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to domestic plant locations
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude or CoPilot
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or systems analyst role
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) environments
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Understanding of production planning, inventory management, or supply chain concepts
- SQL or database query experience
- Experience with User Support systems such as Service Now
