Manufacturing Support Technicians perform diverse and complex assignments in product development and manufacturing. Responsibilities include Robotic Wiresaw Operation, Vision Measurement, Grinders, Mills, Cleaning Processes, inventory management, compliance and quality activities, and training team members. Required skills include the ability to logically troubleshoot, interpret technical information, draw conclusions from test data, and work well with minimal direction in a diverse team.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- High School diploma and 2 years technical experience
- Proficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations
- Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
- Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work with a Diverse team over several shifts of operation
