Job Summary
Execute final capping of product and apply aluminum seals to fill vaccines into respective presentations. Operate departmental equipment for setup and takedown while maintaining accurate inventory and cGMP documentation. Adhere to all written procedures, including Batch Records and SOPs, and comply with site safety and financial protocols. Work in a team environment communicating with multiple departments. Perform tasks requiring long periods of sitting, standing, and walking, including frequent lifting of 5 to 25 lbs. Schedule runs Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with weekend rotation every third week as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Post High School education in the Sciences or other related disciplines
- Good mathematical, science and computer skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach above shoulder level, bend/stoop, push/pull, and handle/grip frequently
- Must be able to work scheduled 40 hours with the ability to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to don proper PPE to include Tyvek gown
- Frequent lifting and carrying of 5 to 25 lbs
