Job Summary
Oversee execution of lean manufacturing and 5S activities, including reporting key metrics, conducting scheduled 5S walks, and guiding on-site personnel. Replenish cleanroom Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and garments by maintaining site stock, ordering supplies, and distributing attire while lifting up to 25 pounds. Lead projects related to continuous improvement and present training content during new hire orientation. Work an 8-hour day shift Monday through Friday, with occasional two-hour night shift coverage after 6 PM for up to four times monthly. Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $23.20. Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented decision making skills
- Interest in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to wear full cleanroom attire (occasionally)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respectfully challenge people not following protocol
- Ability to present training material to a group of 20 or more people in person
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Power BI experience is a plus
