Job Summary
Manufacturing Support / General Labor role in a clean, safety-focused environment supporting production. Responsibilities include assisting production teams with daily tasks, performing hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking; delivering tools, materials, and parts to workstations; inspecting and sorting parts for quality; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area; collaborating with teammates to produce high-quality products. Requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
