Job Summary

Manufacturing and process-focused role driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across manufacturing operations through process improvement, production planning, equipment optimization, and quality assurance. Leads initiatives such as New Product Introduction (NPI), supplier collaboration, and cross-functional projects while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and lean manufacturing standards. Responsibilities include evaluating processes for efficiency and cost reduction, maintaining production schedules, overseeing equipment maintenance, enforcing quality control, conducting audits and inspections, and supporting training; collaborates with design, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality control
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is preferred
  • Knowledge of automation and robotics is preferred
