Job Summary
Manage production processes, troubleshoot abnormal problems, and fulfill product job requirements on time with high quality while ensuring workshop safety and security. Control manpower layout, implement Lean manufacturing activities, and improve tool OEE through cooperation with engineers. Plan and execute training schemes for line leaders, establish performance management systems, and report major issues to the manager. Work three shifts under a rotating rest system to support the global-scale storage systems powering AI-driven data centers.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work three shifts and accept the rotating rest system.
- Has in production management experience
- Good computer skill
- English level 4 or above
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Good teamwork
