Manufacturing Supervisor*

Job Summary
Manufacturing Supervisor responsible for leading floor operations with a focus on safety, lean scheduling, production rates, yields and quality. Requires promoting a safe work environment, assigning priorities and work to meet daily production needs using lean methods, monitoring metrics, coaching and developing employees, overseeing training and policy administration, and participating in hiring—potentially including contingent workers. May involve off-shift coverage and on-call duties, and represents plant leadership in cross-functional initiatives. Must have a High School Diploma/GED with five years of manufacturing experience or a Bachelor's degree with two years of manufacturing experience; additional qualifications include supervisory experience, experience with tier management and Kaizen projects, and knowledge of material controls and warehousing. Relocation may be authorized; travel up to 5% domestically; required to be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or higher with five years of manufacturing experience OR Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of manufacturing experience
- Supervisory/management experience preferred
- Ability to participate in daily tier management processes and Kaizen improvement projects
- Knowledge of material controls, warehousing, and manufacturing related to supply chain
- Legal authorization to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
