Manufacturing Supervisor, Systems

Supervise all Production, Materials, Equipment, and Staffing Assignment functions for the LSO Systems value streams, ensuring high precision optical system builds utilizing Electronics, Machined Metals, and Optical Lens components meet quality standards. Lead daily manufacturing meetings to update Safety, Quality, and Delivery metrics, while interfacing with production planning to establish attainable schedules and resolve cross-functional issues. Provide process knowledge to technicians, facilitate directional changes with Process Engineering, and drive continuous improvement projects through DMM communication. Maintain process standardization and lead by example to ensure consistent manufacturing efficiency and goal attainment across the team.
