Job Summary
Manage and coordinate daily production activities by supervising workers, monitoring schedules, and troubleshooting workflow issues to meet targets. Enforce safety protocols, conduct quality control inspections, and maintain accurate production records for inventory and equipment maintenance. Provide training to team members and collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to optimize processes and resolve challenges. Foster a productive environment through effective communication and teamwork. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering with 2–6 years of leadership experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field with 6 years or more Manufacturing Supervisor experience, leadership and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field with 2 years or more Manufacturing Supervisor experience, leadership and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
- Good Reading Skills
- Visual Acuity
- Sitting, Standing, Walking
- Drivers License for occasional Business Travel
