Job Summary
Lead daily production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations by assigning work, implementing policies, and coordinating activities for picking, preparing, and shipping products. Supervise up to 12 employees, coach teams to drive productivity, and manage training, attendance, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards while monitoring inventory, maintaining FIFO processes, and overseeing product inspections. Coordinate production schedules, dispatch shipments to trucking companies, and partner with maintenance for equipment repairs. Directly hire for 2nd shift positions (2:30pm–12am) with pay of $67–101 plus a 15% bonus dependent on targets. High School Diploma and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or steel-related industries required.
