Job Summary
Lead a production team to achieve daily quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Plan and monitor manpower, production flow, and line capacity to maximize output, prioritize urgent lots for customer shipments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Resolve production issues by collaborating with Engineering, Planning, QA, and other departments while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum two years in electronics manufacturing, and strong leadership skills within a fast-paced setting. Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driving innovation across automotive, industrial, and IoT sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Good leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in production planning, line balancing, or manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or RBA requirements
- Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and committed to delivering results
