Manufacturing Supervisor - Overnight Weekend Shift

Job Summary
Lead a production team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency targets while fostering a positive work environment through coaching and training. Schedule and assign resources to meet production demands, monitor performance metrics, and analyze operational data to implement continuous improvement solutions. Address personnel and production challenges with sound decision-making and build cross-functional partnerships to ensure operational success. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work an overnight weekend schedule consisting of 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, plus one additional 12-hour weekday shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work across shifts
- Ability and willingness to support an overnight weekend schedule consisting of 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, plus one additional 12-hour weekday shift
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
