Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure safe, efficient, and timely product output. Motivate and lead team members through coaching, development, and performance evaluations while enforcing safety guidelines. Coordinate departmental activities to meet manufacturing schedules, increase overall equipment effectiveness, and reduce lead times. Participate in lean manufacturing activities to improve products and reduce waste. Perform special assignments as required. This leadership role supports AriensCo's mission to create opportunities that impact careers, fostering a culture of innovative thinking and teamwork within our global distribution and manufacturing facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience
- demonstrated leadership skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with people, projects and issues
- Working knowledge of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen, etc.)
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
