Job Summary
Lead and coach individual contributors while coordinating operational workflows, staffing, and daily priorities to ensure production targets are met. Maintain compliance with GMP standards, company policies, and applicable regulations, and drive a LEAN culture through root cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor shopfloor performance, identify potential issues early, and document day-to-day activities to support reliable business results. Foster an inclusive team environment by recognizing achievements and supporting professional development within a 24/7 shift environment covering morning, evening, and night schedules.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-level degree
- Dutch A2 language proficiency
- English B2 language proficiency
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
