Job Summary
Manage day-to-day shift activities for production teams, overseeing scheduling, material handling, and maintenance to minimize downtime. Direct and monitor operations to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards while resolving technical and operational problems. Lead entry-level and semi-skilled hourly employees through performance management, training, and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with SQF procedures and continuous improvement programs. Stop processes violating safety or quality requirements. Submit training documentation and timecards for payroll approval. Work third shift (Sunday through Thursday, 11 pm start) with flexibility for off-hours and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related work experience
- 3-5 Years of manufacturing experience
- Experience in a front-line leadership position
