Job Summary
Supervise the manufacturing shift, provide leadership to production teams, and serve as a link to plant management. Responsibilities include facilitating team meetings, coaching team members, and ensuring safety, product quality, production efficiency, equipment condition, and housekeeping. Accountable for shift staffing, scheduling, overtime decisions, daily shift reporting, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and practices. Develops and implements safety measures in collaboration with the HSE team and completes shift accident investigations within 24 hours, driving corrective actions. This role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality production results and leading a motivated team to meet company goals.
