Manufacturing Supervisor Dayshift (C)

Manage shopfloor activities to optimize output, coordinate headcount distribution, and ensure inventory processes follow standard work instructions. Lead the manufacturing team through performance evaluations, training plans, and conflict resolution while championing safety protocols and incident command for off-shifts. Collaborate with the Fab Dispatcher to execute the Dispatch Plan, maximize tool utilization, and prioritize WIP movement based on real-time needs. Track key performance indicators to reduce cycle time and improve line yield by implementing Lean principles, 6S initiatives, and problem-solving methodologies like 8D and PDCA. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards while fostering collaboration across departments to drive continuous production execution.
