Job Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee daily operations at a leading international plastics company, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely, while implementing improvements to enhance productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with assembly techniques and plastic (Injection/Blow) manufacturing
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with Six Sigma principles
