Job Summary
Join an International publicly traded plastics company as a Manufacturing Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and production targets on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM. You will implement lean principles and lead a team to ensure high-quality production.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery
- Familiarity with assembly techniques and plastic (Injection/Blow) manufacturing
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with Six Sigma principles
