Manufacturing Supervisor (Cell Therapy CDMO)

Job Summary
Oversee and schedule manufacturing operations while leading a team to identify issues and propose solutions. Provide hands-on direction for personnel, manage batch records, raw materials, and inventory, and ensure all activities adhere to Quality standards and GMP requirements. Conduct interviews for new hires, provide daily production updates to managers and clients, and guide continuous improvement initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering groups. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering with 5-7 years of GMP experience in Cell Therapy or Human Cell Cultivation, including 3 years of leadership experience. Candidates must be available for 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or holiday support. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering
- minimum 5 - 7 years in GMP environment
- experience in GMP manufacturing operations
- experience in Cell Therapy
- experience in Human Cell Cultivation
- CDMO experience preferred
- 3 years minimum of leadership/management experience in a GMP environment
- Experience in writing, executing and reviewing SOPs / MBRs
- maintaining proper GDP guidelines
- Good mechanical aptitude
- familiar with general equipment associated with Cell and Gene Therapy Processing
- Detail oriented
