Job Summary
Manufacturing Supervisor in Bellefonte, PA, to organize and direct technician workflows across manufacturing and packaging; coach and develop direct reports to foster safety, quality, and high performance; initiate process improvements and corrective actions; draft and edit procedures; support manufacturing design, testing, product change activities, and validation/transfer of new products and technologies; assist with equipment procurement and capital projects; uphold PPE and safety standards in a laboratory/industrial setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other Life Sciences fields OR Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other Engineering fields OR Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other Business fields
- OR
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years in a leadership role
