Manufacturing Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the execution of daily and weekly production plans, ensure targets are met, coordinate with support areas to resolve deviations, define and implement operator certifications, verify and maintain operational documentation, lead Gemba walks and performance reviews, track incidents and trigger corrective actions, close IDC actions with preventive measures, address disciplinary issues professionally, apply BPS tools for standardization and continuous improvement, coordinate effective shift handovers, participate in and lead productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency improvement projects, and supervise daily operations to uphold quality, safety, process and housekeeping standards across the production area.
