Manufacturing Supervisor 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team of production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency targets while fostering a safe, organized, and positive work environment through coaching and training. Schedule and assign resources effectively to meet production demands, monitor performance metrics, and implement solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency. Address production and personnel challenges with professionalism, collaborate across teams to align priorities, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work Sunday night through Friday morning from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM in a third-shift environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work across shifts
- Willingness to support periodic weekend operations
- Ability and willingness to work 3rd shift hours
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
