Manufacturing Supervisor 3rd shift

Ensure production requirements are met by managing staffing levels, coordinating manufacturing activities, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Train personnel to perform assignments safely and efficiently while coaching employees in accordance with plant goals. Administer salary/wage policies, enforce health, environmental, and safety standards, and arrange proper machine maintenance. Investigate material variances, report daily production indicators, and solicit improvements from team members. Audit Standard Work Practices for effectiveness and coordinate workflow with the Production Control department.
