Job Summary
Lead and inspire the production team to meet daily goals while monitoring workflow and adjusting operations on the fly. Coach, train, and develop operators, then troubleshoot issues by partnering with maintenance, quality, and engineering to keep lines humming. Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement by tracking performance, materials, and production records, while rolling up your sleeves to assist with physical duties. This 2nd shift role requires lifting up to 25 lbs and working around machinery in high-noise environments. Skana Aluminum seeks a natural leader to energize teams and drive efficiency in their Manitowoc, WI aluminum manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working around machinery and in high-noise environments
- Ability to flex across other shifts or step in during coverage needs
- Strong communicationâwritten, verbal, and team-wide
Desired Qualifications
- ISO 9001 or Lean Manufacturing exposure
- Experience with ERP, MRP, or CMMS software
