Job Summary
Accomplishes manufacturing objectives by supervising, organizing and coordinating production efforts on the 2nd shift; ensures safe operation of equipment and processes, coaching hourly employees, directing daily production operations, improving methods/equipment, and supporting HR-related tasks and disciplinary processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership experience in a role such as Team Lead or supervisor strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt strongly preferred
- Ability to supervise fast-paced industrial environment
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP software, required
