Manufacturing Supervisor 2nd Shift

Supervise daily manufacturing activities and staff to optimize operations while maintaining positive employee relations and adhering to company policies. Select and develop personnel through training, cross-training, and continuing education, providing formal performance feedback and conducting timely reviews. Maintain accurate employee records for discipline, attendance, and safety, ensuring all staff follow safety procedures and conducting thorough accident investigations. Prepare work schedules, coordinate safety and engineering meetings, and administer corrective actions to resolve employee complaints. Interface with other departments to develop training curricula and implement plans targeting challenges in safety, quality, costs, or customer service.
