Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team of production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency targets. Schedule and assign resources effectively to meet production demands and minimize backlog. Monitor production performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Analyze operational data and implement solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency. Foster a safe, organized, and positive work environment through coaching, training, and employee engagement. Address production and personnel challenges with professionalism, collaboration, and sound decision-making. Build strong partnerships across teams to align priorities and ensure operational success. Work Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work across shifts
- Willingness to support periodic weekend operations
- Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift hours
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Clear written communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
