Job Summary
Manufacturing Specialist owns CNC-driven woodworking operations on the manufacturing floor, programming and optimizing CNC machines, and ensuring production runs with high throughput and precision. The role standardizes workflows across machines and production lines, identifies inefficiencies, and implements process improvements. Responsibilities include CNC programming and optimization, maintaining machine libraries and settings, troubleshooting downtime, monitoring production quality, supporting engineering/drafting teams, owning key machines (panel saws, edge banders), and training operators to ensure consistent performance and best practices across shifts. The position emphasizes hands-on machine work, process ownership, and continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in woodworking and CNC-based manufacturing environments
