Job Summary
Manufacturing Specialist needed to perform semi-repetitive tasks including hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. The role requires following standard work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, inspecting finished products for quality, and supporting other production activities as needed. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, strong manual dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to understand written instructions in English, and effective communication in a technical environment. ITAR compliance and a U.S. DoD security clearance are required; visa sponsorship is not available. Four-day work weeks with two shifts (5:30 AM–4:00 PM and 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) with a $1.50 shift differential; overtime may be required. Compensation ranges from $18–$22 per hour (non-exempt). Required Qualifications
