Manufacturing Specialist-SMT

Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Specialist-SMT, you will be responsible for setup and teardown on feeders for pick and place machines and assist in running such machines. You will also perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to read load plans and identify components. Successful candidates will have previous SMT experience and a working knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems, alongside strong communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous SMT experience
- Working knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems
- Ability to read and understand load plans
- Basic component identification skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities
- Above average communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach
Additional Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. due to ITAR compliance
