Job Summary
Manufacturing Specialist, PCBA (Starlink) focused on establishing new manufacturing and test processes and supporting high-volume production for Starlink user terminals. Responsibilities include executing NPI builds across work centers, programming/loading/operating automated equipment, triaging non-conforming products, resolving production issues while preserving design integrity and quality, performing process development/validation on new models under aggressive timelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to volume production, and identifying opportunities to improve yield, performance, and cost. The role also involves defining maintenance schedules and supporting activities, with preferred background in SMT/PCBA equipment, DFMEA/PFMEA methods, and CAD tooling design, and a path toward growth in mechanical/manufacturing engineering disciplines. ITAR considerations and U.S. export regulations apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate and 2+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment; OR bachelor's degree in an engineering, math or science discipline
- 1+ years of experience with SMT and/or PCBA assembly equipment and processes
