Job Summary
Perform printed circuit insertions and manual assembly tasks while preparing boards, components, and wire for subsequent assembly. Set up work stations and machines using instructional materials, then follow explicit instructions to complete assigned operations. Maintain a neat work area and actively promote safety by observing all practices, rules, and standards throughout each shift. Utilize simple machines, hand tools, and equipment including microscopes to ensure proper solder connections and conform to industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Able to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodation
- Able to sit 50% - 100% of shift
- Able to stand occasionally
- Fine motor skills and wrist/arm repetitive motion
- Simple grasping 50% - 100% of shift
- Ability to read, write and comprehend spoken work instructions in English
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
