Job Summary
Monitor, evaluate, and interact with software systems and computerized manufacturing equipment while communicating and resolving inhibitors to production performance. Execute wafer fabrication tasks within clean-room environments, adhering to strict protocol policies including extended periods in clean-room suits and frequent PPE donning and doffing. Perform occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs and extended computer work during the Thursday through Saturday shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with new software systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a clear understanding of the tools and systems that are utilized and the product that is being produced
- Requires compliance with all security, health, and safety, and environmental management system guidelines
- Must be very confident with computers and capable of learning new software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (minimum 6 months)
- Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Requires regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must adhere to strict protocol policies, which include wearing a clean room suit for long periods
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Shift Schedule Thurs, Fri, Sat (Wed) - 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Extended periods of computer work
- Involves frequent movement in and out of the fab area, including regular donning and doffing of PPE
Desired Qualifications
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred
