Job Summary
Define and control production processes including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment. Resolve issues using established procedures and consult supervisors for matters outside defined parameters. Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges. Maintain strong communication skills to exchange technical information and check for understanding. Requires basic experience in manufacturing and production processes, fluency in Croatian and English, and a valid work permit for Croatia. This role supports GE Vernova's mission to electrify the world and decarbonize energy systems.
Required Qualifications
- basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- Valid work permit for Croatia
