Manufacturing Specialist 1 - Production Supervision

Job Summary
Manage operation, production facility, or a unit to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety; lead a team of production associates and potentially a junior team; ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards; apply good interpersonal skills to interface with customers and internal teams; drive knowledge of high voltage transformer manufacturing (power transformers, 765 KVA) and shift-based production; prepare and communicate plans, document processes, and execute programs to meet targets. Emphasis on strong customer relationships for customer-facing roles and collaboration across teams, with readiness to work in shifts. Relocation is provided and candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with 8+ years in power transformer manufacturing; preferred experience in assembly/tanking shops and HV transformer processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing in Power transformer industry
- Strong domain knowledge of high voltage transformer manufacturing process
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
