Required Qualifications

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD files
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and support team flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Understanding of ISO or other quality management systems
- Basic computer literacy for equipment interfaces, reporting, and tracking
