Job Summary
Manufacturing Site Supervisor responsible for executing and improving onsite beverage manufacturing with contract manufacturers, ensuring adherence to specifications, manufacturing protocols, and quality standards; certify compliance with Manufacturing Instructions and Product Manuals; observe and resolve material, packaging, and production issues; analyze production data to drive KPI improvements; collaborate with co-manufacturers, engineers, and internal customers on capital projects; assist with transitioning products from R&D to full-scale production; stay current on processing and packaging innovations; lead continuous improvement efforts; travel up to 60%; based near Latrobe, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years quality and operations food experience (beverage preferred) within CPG industry
- Comfortable operating within a plant environment
- Flexibility to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to interact successfully with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- Must reside within a 1-hour drive of Latrobe, PA
