Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for the Anodize/Paint shift to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Manage the manufacturing team during assigned shifts, which may include the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift rotations, with potential overtime on Saturdays as needed. Train new hires on the first shift for a few weeks if interested in other shifts. This role supports Superior Metal Technologies' aluminum finishing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in manufacturing
- Solid experience in production
- Leadership experience
- Ability to oversee operations during a shift
- Ability to ensure production goals are met
- Ability to maintain high standards of safety
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Ability to maintain high standards of productivity
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
- Ability to stay over time and work OT on Saturday as needed
- Ability to stay after or come earlier time to time
- Ability to train on first shift for a few weeks
