Job Summary
Lead the LAI (long-acting injectables) production shift, ensuring GMP-compliant operations. Responsibilities include in-room task assignments for manufacturing staff, training and developing team members, and managing shift staffing to ensure qualified personnel. Requires experience in aseptic operations and CIP/SIP/Filling/Manufacturing/Autoclave processes, plus strong team-management skills and adherence to Good Manufacturing and Documentation Principles.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred B.Sc. Pharmacy or relevant to pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum Experience 3 - 5 years of team leading experience
