Job Summary
Manufacturing Set Up Technician on 2nd shift responsible for setting up production machines and ancillary equipment, calibrating and inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, documenting finished product data, and supporting quality and safety in Cardinal Health’s manufacturing environment. The role requires 0-1 years of experience, a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent), and operates on 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shift. Expected duties include diagnosing malfunctions, completing repairs, ensuring compliance with procedures, transporting hazardous waste as needed, and participating in annual refresher trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
- 0-1 years of experience preferred
- Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Set up, maintain, operate, test and inspect product and equipment
- Basic skills to complete routine tasks
- Compliance with safety and quality guidelines
- Documentation and data interpretation
- Hazardous waste transport and environmental considerations
