Job Summary
Set up, align, monitor, and calibrate production equipment according to finished product specifications while assisting with maintenance and cleaning minor chemical spills. Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery malfunctions, arrange repairs, and perform preventive maintenance per the schedule. Complete documentation for the finished product, interpret data to determine standards, and select items for inspection evaluation. Transport hazardous waste and complete annual refresher trainings. Monitor machinery goals during the 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shift from Monday through Friday, adjusting operations as necessary. Minimize scrap generation and promote workplace safety while providing process information to management for equipment optimization.
