Job Summary
Arrange production tasks based on issued plans, allocate materials and personnel, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Optimize workflows using Lean Production concepts, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and reduce waste and defect rates. Collaborate with quality, planning, and engineering departments to resolve issues, support new product introductions, and implement internal inspection plans. Enforce 6S management and workplace safety standards while providing regular training to the production team. Oversee work assignments, performance evaluations, and skill development for front-line operators. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, proficiency in ERP/MES systems, and Mandarin fluency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in production planning, material management, and quality control principles
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 6S management, and ISO standard operating procedures
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficiency in operating ERP/MES systems
- Proficient in Mandarin
