Job Summary
Manufacturing Section Lead coordinates daily operations within an assigned production area, provides leadership, training and coaching on processes and non-conformance, develops and assigns work to meet department KPI targets, and drives continuous improvement to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include driving results to achieve KPI-based goals, identifying opportunities for improvement with structured problem solving, contributing to talent development and cross-training, maintaining a safe and organized work environment (6S), and ensuring readiness to operate with attention to detail, adaptability, multi-tasking, and effective communication. On-site role with potential for varied schedules; strong emphasis on teamwork, problem-solving, and meeting/maintaining KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and write routine reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
