Manufacturing - Sanitation Operations

Sanitation Operations role at the Clackamas bread plant performing cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and facilities to maintain food-grade cleanliness. Responsibilities include disassembling and sanitizing production line equipment, cleaning walls, floors, and fixtures, following sanitation procedures with proper chemical concentrations, maintaining cleaning records, coordinating cleaning with maintenance and production, and supporting safety and GMP compliance. Training and certification in sanitation procedures and Lock Out/Tag Out will be provided; role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays within a union environment. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
